Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring its functionality and performance meet business needs.
Work on integrating third-party systems (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, shipping software) with the e-commerce platform.
Provide technical support for system-related issues, resolve bugs, and ensure minimal downtime.
Manage product data, inventory updates, and content uploads, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
Monitor system performance, traffic, and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage and optimize the e-commerce tools and plugins to improve site functionality and user experience.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of e-commerce solutions with business processes.

Experience:
0-1 years of experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or IT systems support. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and third-party software.
Proficient in basic programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with web analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.).
Good understanding of database management (MySQL, SQL).
