Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Ecommerce Manager

with a strong background in

Shopify development

and

web development

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire e-commerce operations, optimizing the user experience, improving performance metrics, and ensuring the technical functionality of our online store.

Key Responsibilities:Ecommerce Management:

Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website (Shopify). Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches. Analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to improve conversion rates. Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Monitor KPIs like conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value, etc.

Shopify Development:

Customize and maintain the Shopify store, themes, and apps. Implement new features, functionalities, and third-party integrations. Optimize the store for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness. Ensure site security, uptime, and regular updates of Shopify apps/themes.

Web Development:

Work on front-end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid (Shopify), and PHP (if required). Maintain website SEO, schema, and structured data implementation. Fix bugs, broken links, and technical issues. Implement UI/UX improvements as per industry standards.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in

Shopify platform

(minimum 3+ years). Proficient in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and

Liquid

. Experience in

web analytics tools

like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with third-party integrations and Shopify APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, E-commerce, or a related field. Shopify Certification is a plus. Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
