About the Role

We are seeking a

Senior E-commerce Specialist

to oversee and streamline our day-to-day e-commerce operations. This role involves full-cycle order management, coordination with logistics partners, inventory control through

Unicommerce

, and ensuring top-notch customer service. You'll play a key role in scaling our operations efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, returns, cancellations, and fulfillment via

WooCommerce

and

Unicommerce

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records; coordinate with warehouse for timely restocking Liaise with logistics and courier partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping issues Oversee customer service queries (email/phone/chat) and ensure prompt resolution Prepare weekly reports on sales, returns, delivery SLAs, and operational performance Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, tech) for smooth workflow Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior operations staff if needed

Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or supply chain operations Strong working knowledge of

WooCommerce

and

Unicommerce

Proficiency in MS Excel and data-driven reporting Experience with courier aggregators and order management systems Strong attention to detail and process orientation

Nice to Have:

Experience with CRM tools and support platforms like

Zoho

Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic auditing practices Prior experience supervising junior staff or operations team Working knowledge of other platforms like Shopify

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
