We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, website performance, online promotions, and sales growth across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)
Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and categories to improve conversion rates
Monitor website performance, sales metrics, traffic, and customer behavior
Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
Manage inventory accuracy and product availability online
Handle basic SEO and content optimization for product pages
Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports
Ensure excellent customer experience by monitoring reviews, feedback, and returns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred)
1 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, etc.)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
Knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Understanding of UX/UI basics
Experience in inventory or order management systems
