. We help global businesses enhance their online presence through creative product offerings, strategic marketing, and outstanding customer experiences.
We're expanding our operations and looking for a talented
eCommerce Expert
based in India to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience managing online stores, creating listings, optimising product visibility, and driving sales across multiple eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise product listings across
eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces
.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and keyword opportunities.
Create compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points optimised for SEO and conversions.
Oversee inventory updates, pricing accuracy, and order management.
Handle daily operations such as returns, refunds, and customer communication when required.
Run marketplace promotions and campaigns to increase visibility and conversion rates.
Coordinate with the design and content team for product images, infographics, and A+ content.
Analyse traffic and sales performance using marketplace analytics and reporting tools.
Identify growth opportunities and suggest actionable strategies to increase revenue.
Stay updated on the latest eCommerce and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing
Amazon, eBay, or Shopify
stores (minimum 2-3 years).
Excellent understanding of product listing optimisation, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
Familiarity with tools like
Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics tools
(preferred).
Strong written English and attention to detail for creating clear, persuasive product descriptions.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and inventory tracking.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Experience in digital advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads) is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
Fresher or 2-5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce management.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
