We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and maintain our product catalog. The ideal candidate will upload, update, and organize products to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload new products, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Update existing product details, such as inventory levels, pricing, and specifications.
- Organize product categories and collections for optimal navigation and customer experience.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent, and optimized for SEO.
- Monitor and manage stock availability, coordinating with the inventory team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product pages reflect current promotions and campaigns.
- Perform quality checks on product listings to identify and fix errors or discrepancies.
- Assist in creating and managing discounts, offers, and product bundles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform is a must.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and how it applies to product listings.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel or Google Sheets for managing product data.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams.
