We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
E-commerce Executive
to manage and grow Arthlife's online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listing, catalogue management, marketplace operations, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Catalogue Management
Create, update, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
Manage product images, descriptions, SEO-friendly titles, pricing, and attributes.
Maintain accurate catalogue data and ensure listing quality standards.
Marketplace Management
Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including order processing, inventory updates, and returns management.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolution.
Monitor product performance, rankings, and visibility across marketplaces.
Shopify Store Management
Manage the Shopify website, update collections, banners, pricing, and product data.
Ensure smooth functioning of the store, checkout flow, and customer experience.
Work with the design/tech team for website improvements and bug fixes.
Reporting & Analysis
Track daily/weekly sales performance, stock levels, and order fulfilment.
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase conversions.
Analyze competitor activity and pricing trends.
Coordination
Work closely with the operations, marketing, and design teams for content, inventory, and promotions.
Assist in planning campaign calendars and executing marketplace promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in E-commerce operations (1-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of
product listing, catalogue management
, and marketplace dashboards.
Hands-on experience with
Shopify
(mandatory).
Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
