We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our online business. This role is critical for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience across platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. Key Responsibilities: o Plan, implement, and support promotional campaigns, discounts, and merchandising activities on the e-commerce platform. o Manage inventory and order lifecycle end-to-end: including tracking, preventing stockouts, and coordinating the fulfilment process (picking, packing, shipping). o Create and manage shipments to fulfilment centre's efficiently. o Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer queries and resolve issues promptly. o Generate and analyse sales reports and P&L statements to guide operational decisions. o Apply SEO best practices and manage online ad campaigns to improve visibility and sales. o Handle Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart operations with complete autonomy and efficiency. Qualifications: o Proven experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart experience preferred). o Strong understanding of order management, logistics, and fulfilment processes. o Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from reports and data. o Familiarity with SEO and online advertising tools/platforms. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
