About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

E-Commerce Specialist

to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, product listing, campaign optimization, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.) Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords Monitor daily sales performance and order processing Handle product uploads, catalog accuracy, and category placements Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, ads, and discount strategies Manage marketplace dashboards, reports, and analytics Ensure smooth customer experience and support order-related queries Track competitor pricing, trends, and marketplace update

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred) Strong knowledge of e-commerce portals and backend dashboards Proficiency in MS Excel and basic analytical tools Good communication and coordination skills
