We're Hiring: E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive - Zastraa

Zastraa is a fast-growing women's fashion brand known for trend-forward styles and our signature Skorts collection. We're looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our core team and handle day-to-day e-commerce and customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

product listings

across our website and marketplaces (uploading images, descriptions, pricing, etc.) Handle

Instagram DMs, WhatsApp chats, and emails

for customer queries and support Coordinate with the internal team for order updates, returns, and customer issues Monitor website and social media activity, ensuring accurate information and smooth operations Assist in daily operational tasks, order tracking, and reporting Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and online presence

Requirements

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and email communication Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive attitude Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,063.11 - ₹21,180.04 per month
