Operations Assistant
to support our Amazon FBA business. You will work across three key areas: supply chain coordination, inventory logistics, and customer service. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in a structured environment and maintains a high level of professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain:
Assist with supplier communication and coordinate logistics with preparation centers.
Logistics & Inventory:
Help manage FBA shipment documentation and update inventory forecasting sheets.
Customer Success:
Monitor customer inquiries, process returns, and assist in filing reimbursement claims.
Account Maintenance:
Regularly check account health metrics and assist with pricing updates.
Requirements:
Professionalism:
Must maintain a professional dress code and demonstrate strict
punctuality
regarding work timings.
Technical Skills:
Basic experience with
Amazon Seller Central
is highly preferred. Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
is a must.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Organization:
Ability to multitask and support different department heads effectively.
