Romola Jewellery is a premium imitation jewellery brand offering elegant, Indian-fusion designs for everyday luxury and special occasions. We are expanding our online presence and looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our website and online listings.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalogue Management

Upload new products on Shopify website

Edit titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, variants

Delist out-of-stock or discontinued products

Pricing & Offers

Update product pricing regularly

Apply discounts, festive offers, bundles

Photos & Content

Creative photography

Upload product images & videos

Add branding

Ensure high-quality presentation of jewellery

Inventory Coordination

Update stock levels

Avoid overselling by regular stock checks

Website Management

Manage categories, collections & basic homepage updates

Ensure smooth browsing experience

Listing Hygiene

Fix errors, missing details, rejected listings

Skills Required

Basic Excel / Google Sheets

1-2 years experience with Shopify

Good attention to detail

Basic understanding of product photos & content

?

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in jewellery/fashion e-commerce

Basic SEO knowledge for product titles
