About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding to customer inquiries: customer support executives are responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms; they must be able to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their concerns
2. Resolving customer issues: customer support executives are also responsible for resolving customer issues such as order tracking, payment issues, product returns, and refunds
3. Maintaining customer records: they should also maintain customer records and update information in the company\'s CRM system
4. Collaborating with other teams: they should work closely with other teams such as the sales team, marketing team, and logistics team to ensure a seamless customer experience
5. Analyzing customer feedback: they should analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and provide insights to improve the customer experience
6. Managing order processing: customer support executives may also be responsible for managing the order processing, including order entry, fulfillment, and shipping
7. Handling escalations: they should be able to handle customer escalations and complaints and escalate issues to higher management when necessary
