We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ecommerce Seller Account Manager to handle the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our online stores across platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing e-commerce seller accounts, optimizing listings, handling customer service, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize e-commerce seller accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify)
Monitor account health and performance metrics
Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)
Handle order processing, inventory updates, and stock level management
Manage customer service and resolve disputes or negative feedback
Run PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, eBay Promoted Listings, Flipkart Campaign etc.) and provide reports
Conduct competitor and keyword research
Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for A+ content and storefronts
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
Ensure compliance with platform policies and prevent account suspensions
Requirements:
Proven experience managing ecommerce seller accounts
In-depth knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and advertising tools
Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, or similar
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with international marketplaces (Amazon UK, CA, etc.)
Familiarity with FBA and FBM fulfillment models
Knowledge of graphic design tools or ability to coordinate visual assets
Experience with Shopify store management and apps
