Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Sales Coordinator to drive the sales of IT components in the B2B segment. The role requires managing online sales channels, coordinating with clients, ensuring smooth order processing, and supporting the sales team to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics and a passion for IT products and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
o Drive B2B ecommerce sales of IT components (printers, laptops, monitors, accessories, etc.) through online platforms and direct client engagement.
o Identify and develop new business opportunities, customer accounts, and partnerships.
o Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ecommerce Operations
o Manage product listings, pricing updates, promotions, and catalog accuracy on ecommerce platforms.
o Coordinate with internal teams (purchase, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
o Monitor stock availability and update online portals accordingly.
Customer Coordination
o Handle client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and partners.
o Provide after-sales support and coordinate for issue resolution.
Reporting & Analysis
o Track ecommerce sales performance and prepare periodic sales
reports.
o Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing
strategies.
o Provide inputs for sales forecasting, planning, and marketing
strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
o B.Sc. Electronics, Diploma in Electronics, or equivalent
qualification.
Experience & Knowledge:
o 0-1 years of experience in sales coordination, ecommerce
operations, or IT distribution (preferred).
o Knowledge of IT hardware, components, and accessories.
o Familiarity with ecommerce portals, ERP systems, and online sales
practices.
Skills:
o Strong communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
o Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
o Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
