Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities To drive online sales growth for the company. They are responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales process, maintaining product listings, and providing excellent customer service to online shoppers. -Manage Online Sales. -Monitor and optimize the company\'s e-commerce website to maximize sales and conversion rates. -Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. -Implement strategies to boost online sales, such as promotions, discounts, and upselling/cross- selling. -Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (email, chat, phone) to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns. -Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. -Ensure a positive online shopping experience for customers. -Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales. -Use data and analytics to track the performance of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. -Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies. -Maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and monitor product availability. -Assist in forecasting demand and making inventory procurement decisions. -Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales and work towards achieving targets. Desired Candidate Profile -Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in a similar role. -Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, Zepto, BB) and content management systems. -Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. -Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. -Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. -Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge of SEO and online advertising is a plus. - Experience with CRM systems and online payment gateways is advantageous. Education: Post Graduate / MBA in Marketing Experience: Candidates must have min 5+ years of B2C experience into Sales & Marketing domain. Job Location: Mumbai
