Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to oversee order dispatch, inventory management, website product uploads, and customer logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations while reducing RTO (Return to Origin) rates and converting prospective leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Dispatch:
Supervise the entire order dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and update inventory records regularly.
Ensure stock levels are optimized to meet demand without overstocking or stockouts.
Product Uploads:
Oversee the upload of new products on the website, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure product listings are attractive and informative.
Customer & Client Communication:
Call prospective clients to understand their needs and convert leads into customers.
Handle RTO cases by reaching out to customers, resolving issues, and aligning them with logistics for smooth redelivery.
RTO Reduction:
Analyze RTO data to identify patterns and implement strategies to reduce returns.
Work closely with logistics partners and customers to ensure successful deliveries.
Process Optimization:
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure all processes comply with company policies and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused with the ability to handle client queries and complaints effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in working with logistics and courier partners.
Familiarity with RTO management and strategies to minimize it.
Knowledge of product uploading on Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
