Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven
E-Commerce Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales operations. This role involves strategizing, managing online sales campaigns, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving revenue through data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve online sales targets and expand customer base.
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.
Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify trends, forecast demand, and maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
Identify and onboard new vendors or sales channels to drive marketplace expansion.
Oversee daily operations of the sales team, setting performance goals and tracking KPIs.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the purchase journey.
Stay current with market trends, competitor analysis, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
1+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in a management role.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, CRM software).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
Knowledge of online marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Familiarity with supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics in e-commerce.
