About the internship
1. Make use of E-Mail, WhatsApp, SMS to interact with customers and promptly respond to their inquiries and provide accurate information.
2. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and address customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback effectively.
3. Help in investigating and resolving queries, issues, or complaints promptly.
4. Develop a deep understanding about the products and services. Stay updated
on features, pricing, and offers.
5. Provide information to customers on products and offers. Follow up on leads and and conversion of potential customers.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
7. Collect feedback from customers about service and products. Share feedbacks of the customers for continuous improvement.
8. Educate customers on products, website, and other policies.
