We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
E-Commerce Telesales Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into sales, managing customer queries, and supporting daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a good understanding of online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle
inbound calls
, resolve customer queries, and guide them through the product selection process.
Maintain and update leads, customer details, and call logs in Excel.
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely conversions.
Provide product information and assist customers with order placement on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly
sales targets
and contribute to revenue growth.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Stay updated with ongoing offers, pricing, and product updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in telesales or customer service (e-commerce preferred).
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Good convincing power and ability to handle objections.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and lead management.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
