We are looking for a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace operations, product listing, order management, and driving online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon & Marketplace Management
Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Handle A+ content, keywords, SEO, and product descriptions.
Manage pricing, promotions, and deals to boost sales.
Monitor performance metrics like Buy Box, ACOS, and product ranking.
Manage Amazon Seller Central operations (returns, claims, customer queries).
Shopify Store Management
Upload and manage products on Shopify.
Coordinate with the design team for banners, product images, and store updates.
Track website traffic, conversion rates, and improve store performance.
Handle order processing, stock updates, and payment gateway issues.
E-Commerce Operations
Monitor daily sales and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
Manage inventory levels and avoid stock-outs.
Handle customer service and resolve escalations quickly.
Implement online marketing activities (discounts, coupons, ads).
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Amazon/Shopify/e-commerce sales.
Strong knowledge of Seller Central & Shopify Dashboard.
Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, PPC ads, and analytics.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.
Knowledge of photo editing/Canva for basic product listing creatives.
