Job Description

E-Commerce Sales Executive Core Responsibilities :-

Manage online presence: Oversee and maintain e-commerce platforms, including the company website and third-party marketplaces, by updating content and ensuring product listings are accurate.
Execute marketing and sales strategies: Create and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion rates. This includes running promotional campaigns and offers.
Analyze performance: Monitor website analytics and sales data to identify trends, optimize user experience, and inform business decisions.
Coordinate operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, logistics, and IT to ensure smooth operations from online purchase to delivery.
Manage customer relations: Handle customer inquiries
Experience with e-commerce platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., e-commerce platforms, analytics tools)
Must be flexible to work in night shift
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
