Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize listings on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the company website.
Handle daily order processing, inventory management, and coordination with the warehouse.
Execute online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Analyze sales trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
Ensure high-quality product images, descriptions, and SEO-optimized content.
Manage customer service queries, returns, and feedback effectively.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in men's apparel.
Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce CMS platforms.
Strong knowledge of Excel, order management systems, and sales reporting.
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
