We are looking for a smart and confident individual to manage our

online and B2B sales operations

. The role involves handling ecommerce sales accounts, coordinating with customers and production teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of orders.

You will receive complete training on our sales process, systems, and products. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role in sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage sales through online accounts (Amazon, Noon, website, etc.). Handle B2B sales inquiries and maintain relationships with clients. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery, and support. Maintain sales records and prepare reports using Excel. Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving monthly targets. Take ownership of tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:



Good computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Confident, responsible, and able to work independently once trained. Good communication and coordination skills. English fluency is a must Passport Required Willingness to learn ecommerce and sales operations in detail. Leadership mindset with the ability to manage a small team in the future.
