IDC Global Pvt Ltd is headquartered in Bangalore, India, and is a company originally established in 2016. As part of its portfolio of brands, the company has multiple brands namely, Magari, Yavanika & Treelight Design.

Magari & Yavanika are currently present in Bangalore and Hyderabad with each store being over 10,000 sqft and are going to continue to expand its presence across the country. Magari currently retails Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes and also has Fabric & Furnishings in its stores retailed under the name of Yavanika.

We are looking for a motivated and smart

E-Commerce Sales Executive (Fresher)

to support online sales operations, customer communication, order processing, and sales performance tracking across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities



1. E-Commerce Sales & Operations



Maintain understanding of product listings and category structure across platforms. Support execution of online sales activities and track daily/weekly sales metrics. Assist in monitoring product performance, conversions, hits & misses.

2.Order Processing & Documentation



Process and update customer orders accurately in the system. Maintain records of orders, payments, delivery status and returns. Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

3.Customer Support / Service



Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat. Assist customers with product selection, order status, changes or returns.
Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

4.Reporting & Coordination



Generate basic sales and order reports (daily/weekly/monthly). Track customer feedback and recommend improvements. Maintain communication with internal teams to support workflow.

Required Skills



Good verbal & written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel mandatory). Digital & system-savvy; basic understanding of online sales processes. Smart, proactive, problem-solver and go-getter attitude. Interest in digital/Ecommerce sales.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
