Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven

E-commerce Sales Executive

to manage and grow online sales across major marketplaces and our own website (Snap Shop Hub). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, sales optimization, customer handling, and performance tracking, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day sales operations on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, eBay, etc.) Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and account health metrics Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) to improve visibility and sales Handle customer queries, order issues, returns, and escalations professionally Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns Analyze competitor pricing, trends, and market demand Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance insights Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace management Strong understanding of online selling platforms and seller dashboards Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Skills

Experience with paid ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meta/Google basics) Knowledge of inventory planning and pricing strategy Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
