We are a UK-based e-commerce group selling physical products across multiple online sales channels. One channel currently generates the majority of sales, while several other channels are in active growth mode.
This role exists to
increase sales and exposure of existing products on secondary channels
through strong execution, competitor research, listing management, and AI-assisted content deployment. This is a
sales-focused execution role
, not a creative or strategy position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Channel Product Selling (Primary Focus)
Identify which existing products should be pushed on secondary sales channels
Upload, optimise, and maintain product listings across:
TikTok Shop
Shopify / DTC
Other emerging marketplaces
Ensure pricing, variants, and product information match the core sales channel
Push winning products more aggressively based on performance
Ensure consistent weekly activity and exposure across all assigned channels
2. Competitor & Market Research
Monitor competitor products and listings across marketplaces
Track competitor pricing, bundles, offers, and presentation styles
Identify opportunities to increase exposure of existing products
Maintain simple competitor tracking sheets
Report actionable observations to UK management
3. AI-Assisted Content & Product Exposure
Use AI tools to generate:
Short-form product videos
Simple product visuals or enhancements
Platform-specific content variations
Upload AI-generated content to support product visibility
Adapt content angles based on competitor activity and market response
(Manual video editing is
not
the focus of this role.)
4. Sales & Activity Tracking
Track basic performance metrics:
Views
Clicks
Orders
Maintain a weekly log of:
Products pushed
Channels used
What performed vs what did not
Flag underperforming products or exposure issues
What This Role Does NOT Involve
No brand strategy or creative direction
No product development decisions
No advertising budget control
No influencer or supplier communication
No final pricing authority
All strategic and commercial decisions remain with UK management.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace operations, or online retail
Strong understanding of how products sell online
Comfortable analysing competitor listings and pricing
Experience working across multiple sales channels
Familiarity with AI tools for content generation
Strong execution mindset and attention to detail
Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills

Clear list of products actively being pushed per channel
New or refreshed listings/content live across assigned channels
