to lead and manage the entire product returns and dispatch operations. This role will oversee the

Responsibilities:

Handle return operations and product inspections Coordinate classification of returns (repair/resale/scrap) Supervise and coordinate the work of returns supervisors. Ensure timely inspection, processing, and reporting of returned products. Coordinate with warehouse, service team & showroom. Maintain return logs and reports

Requirements:

Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical 3-6 years experience in product service/warehouse returns Strong coordination and reporting skills Excel/ERP/email proficiency Local candidates preferred
