own our Shopify website, run retention campaigns, and use data to drive smarter decisions.
What You'll Do
Shopify Website Management
Manage and update our
Shopify store
with products, offers, and content.
Work with design/dev teams to fix issues and
improve shopping experience.
Retention Marketing (Email, WhatsApp, CRM)
Run campaigns
that drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Set up automations
like welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-backs.
Segment customer base
to deliver personalized campaigns.
Data-Driven Growth
Track performance on
Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics
, and CRM dashboards.
Use data to recommend and execute
improvements in conversion and retention
.
Share insights to
improve customer lifetime value
.
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
Shopify experience
(1-3 years) - comfortable updating products, offers, and store functions.
Email retention marketing experience
- hands-on with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar.
Data skills
- able to analyze performance metrics and make decisions.
Good to Have:
Understanding of
UI/UX for e-commerce

Basic
HTML/CSS knowledge
