We are hiring an E-commerce Reconciliation & Accounts Executive.
1. Handle reconciliation for all major e-commerce portals (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.).
2. Track daily/weekly payment settlements and identify short payments or deductions.
3. Raise claims for missing payments, wrong charges, or return-related issues.
4. Coordinate with portal teams to close disputes and maintain documentation.
5. Record all orders, returns, credit/debit notes, and settlements in Tally.
6. Maintain complete e-commerce accounts end-to-end in the system.
7. Prepare and update order, return, and payment trackers regularly.
8. Generate MIS reports for management as required.
9. Work on Excel for data checks, analysis, and reconciliations.
10. Ensure accuracy, timely updates, and proper maintenance of all e-commerce financial records.
