We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven E-commerce Project Manager to lead the execution, optimization, and expansion of complex digital initiatives across our online retail and rapid delivery (Q-Commerce) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of formal project management expertise, hands-on experience in e-commerce technology, and a solid understanding of hyperlocal operations and quick-commerce workflows. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered end-to-end efficiently, on time, within budget, and fully optimized for high performance and scalability.
Partner with business owners to define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and performance targets--including speed improvements, higher conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
? Develop Project Roadmaps:
Create detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, resource plans, and dependencies using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate.

Budget, Risk & Compliance
: Develop and track project budgets, proactively identify risks (especially around tech integrations and fast-fulfillment logistics), and implement strong mitigation plans.
? Platform Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project delivery across the website, mobile app, and third-party Q-Commerce platforms.
? Logistics & Operations Coordination: Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless alignment with inventory, OMS, fulfillment centers, last-mile delivery systems, and geo-fencing requirements specific to rapid delivery.
? Feature & Capability Rollouts: Lead deployment of new features, payment methods, architectural enhancements, OMS/ERP integrations, and promotional capabilities suited for both standard and quick-commerce use cases.
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication

Execution Hub
: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating deliverables and communication across Technology, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and external partners.

Leadership Reporting:
Deliver regular, concise updates to senior management on milestones, budget adherence, roadmap progress, and change-request impacts.

Vendor & Partner Alignment:
Manage relationships with technology vendors, 3PLs, delivery aggregators, and platform partners to keep all project workflows aligned and optimized.
: Develop and execute robust User Acceptance Testing scenarios, covering core e-commerce journeys (search, PDP, checkout, payment) as well as Q-Commerce-specific flows (delivery window choices, live tracking, hyperlocal routing).

Launch Validation
: Ensure all deliverables are tested, approved, documented, and smoothly transitioned to BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations.

Post-Implementation Review
: Conduct structured project retrospectives to evaluate performance, identify lessons learned, and document optimization benchmarks for future improvements.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.
? Minimum 4 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to e-commerce or quick-commerce/retail-tech projects.
? Strong understanding of the e-commerce value chain--from digital marketing and UI/UX to OMS, inventory management, and last-mile logistics.
? Proven experience managing Q-Commerce or hyperlocal delivery projects, integrations, or rapid fulfillment workflows.
