As we scale further and expand into direct-to-consumer sales, we're looking for a highly strategic and hands-on individual to lead our product marketing efforts and drive growth across all sales channels.
Role Overview
We're looking for an
E-commerce Product Marketing & Growth Manager
to
own how our products are positioned, launched, and optimized across Amazon and our upcoming D2C website
. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, leading product launches, optimizing listings for performance, and ensuring consistency across platforms.
This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and executional precision to drive conversions, improve discoverability, and support long-term growth. You'll collaborate closely with the operations and PPC teams, and play a key role in how our brand shows up to customers--wherever they shop.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clear, benefit-driven product positioning and messaging for new and existing products
Write and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ content)
Coordinate with designers to deliver top-quality visuals (main images, infographics, A+ layouts)
Lead the end-to-end process for launching new products (5+ launches planned this year)
Conduct A/B tests and ongoing listing optimizations to improve conversion rates
Monitor competitor activity, keyword trends, and customer feedback to inform updates
Execute backend catalog tasks (flat files, attribute updates, variation setup)
Collaborate with the PPC team to align keyword strategy, improve TACoS, and maximize ROI
Support content creation and messaging strategy for our upcoming Shopify website
Ensure consistency in product storytelling across Amazon and D2C channels
Identify opportunities for new product ideas based on market gaps and customer insights
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Amazon product marketing, brand management, or e-commerce growth
Proven ability to craft high-converting product listings and execute successful product launches
Strong grasp of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and compliance standards
Familiarity with Seller Central operations including flat files, variations, and attribute handling
Data-savvy: able to interpret and act on KPIs like CVR, TACoS, and organic rank
Comfortable owning both the strategic planning and day-to-day execution
Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
Self-starter with a growth mindset and high attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience in the PPE, health, or consumer goods categories
Familiarity with Helium10, DataDive, or other keyword/research tools
Light content editing or design capabilities (Canva, Figma, etc.)
Experience working with Shopify or other DTC platforms
