Job Summary

The

E-commerce & Procurement Specialist

will be responsible for sourcing and procuring various products and services from online platforms and vendors to support our retail outlets. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of e-commerce and a keen eye for pricing and deals. The specialist will manage relationships with key online partners and ensure all procurement activities are cost-effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Online Procurement & Price Analysis:

Manage the end-to-end procurement of products from various online shopping portals. Conduct regular and timely checks on prices, offers, and promotions across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., to ensure the best possible value.

Vendor Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor teams from

Servify

and

Cashify

. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and after-sales support.

Logistics & Documentation:

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of all procured products. Maintain accurate records of all purchases, invoices, and vendor communications.

Strategic Sourcing:

Identify new online vendors and platforms that can provide a strategic advantage in terms of product range, pricing, or service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in a

purchase, procurement, or e-commerce

focused role. Proven experience dealing with vendors and managing online transactions.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in commerce or a related discipline is a plus.
