Handle customer queries and provide excellent support across e-commerce platforms (calls, emails, chats).
Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Create, update, and manage data in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charts for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Identify trends in customer queries and provide insights to improve service quality.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is a plus.
