Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Platform Executive with 2-3 years of experience in managing online marketplaces and e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end handling of e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, or company website Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords) Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment Handle returns, refunds, replacements, and RTO cases as per platform policies Respond to customer queries, messages, and reviews within defined SLAs Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share insights with management Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive sales Ensure compliance with platform policies, GST invoicing, and internal SOPs
Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred) 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce platform handling Strong working knowledge of seller dashboards Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
