We are looking for a results-driven

E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist

to manage and optimize marketplace advertising and catalog performance across Amazon, Flipkart, and other global platforms such as Walmart and eBay.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick-commerce accounts including product listing, cataloging, and campaign execution. Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns to achieve target ROAS. Improve campaign performance by reducing ACOS through keyword refinement, bid optimization, and audience targeting. Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, TACOS, and search term reports. Identify ranking opportunities through competitor benchmarking and keyword research. Execute PLA & PCA campaigns on Flipkart to enhance product visibility and category ranking. Integrate SEO insights with PPC campaigns to improve organic rankings and overall growth. Optimize product listings for higher conversion rates and better organic positioning. Implement Amazon PPC strategies for new and existing ASINs to drive impressions and conversions. Monitor FBA inventory health, shipment planning, stranded inventory, and restock recommendations. Conduct competitor analysis, keyword tracking, and pricing strategy optimization. Build and maintain performance dashboards using Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI to track ad spend, revenue, and profitability. Manage catalog and performance optimization across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay marketplaces.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Amazon & Flipkart Ads (PPC). In-depth understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, CPC metrics. Expertise in keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign structuring. Hands-on experience with Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI. Knowledge of SEO for marketplace listings. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience managing FBA inventory and marketplace operations.

Preferred Background:

Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or marketplace brands. Exposure to international marketplaces like Walmart and eBay is a plus.
