The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, boosting online sales, optimizing customer experience, and maximizing ROI through data-driven campaigns. This role requires strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing and e-commerce platforms.
Performance Marketing
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
Optimize ad spend, monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPC), and ensure maximum ROI.
Content & SEO
Develop SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
Coordinate with content creators to produce engaging product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages.
Email & CRM Marketing
Manage customer segmentation, automation flows, and personalized campaigns.
Drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report on all e-commerce marketing activities using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Analytics, etc.
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Team & Vendor Management
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, product, sales).
Manage external agencies or freelancers for performance marketing, SEO, and creative needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-7 years of experience in
digital marketing/e-commerce marketing
(jewelry, luxury, or retail industry is a plus).
Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and analytics platforms.
Strong knowledge of
Shopify
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
