We are looking for a results-oriented
E-commerce Performance Marketing Executive
with 1-2 years of experience in driving online sales for e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, conversion optimisation, and customer acquisition strategies across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns for e-commerce clients on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, create high-converting ad copies, set up product feeds, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
Analyse user behaviour, customer acquisition funnels, and conversion paths to improve campaign efficiency and scale efforts.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop ads, landing pages, and promotional assets tailored to e-commerce products.
Implement tracking solutions, monitor campaign performance metrics, and recommend adjustments to achieve client goals.
Stay updated with trends in e-commerce marketing, customer segmentation, and ad technologies.
Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities with clients regularly.
Requirements:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce brands or marketplaces.
Proven ability to run campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions for online stores.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, AOV, and LTV.
Ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights that directly impact revenue growth.
Excellent communication, client handling, and reporting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
