Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms
Analyze campaign data to improve performance and ROI
Optimize landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and targeting
Collaborate with content, design, and web teams
Drive traffic to e-commerce websites and track conversions
Prepare performance reports and client updates
Manage budgets and ensure high ROAS across channels
Skills Required
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Analytics
Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-com platforms
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus
