Job Description

Position: 1 candidate Shift: Night shift (US time zone) Note: The candidate should be willing to work during US shift timing (4.30 pm IST to 1.30 AM IST)

E-commerce Order Processing Executive

Summary:

PO Processing

- Manage and process Purchase Orders received through Shopify and Amazon

Order Validation

- Verify SKUs, pricing, quantities, and terms before confirming orders.

Shipment Coordination

- Confirm dispatch with warehouse/logistics and update customers with tracking details.

Invoice Management

- Generate and send accurate invoices to vendors/customers, ensuring compliance with policies.

Vendor Support

- Handle order-related queries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation across platforms

Experience:

1 to 2 years experience in the relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
