The E-Commerce Order Processing Executive is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders in an online retail environment. This role plays a critical role in delivering a seamless shopping experience to customers by managing the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order placement to shipment and delivery. The Executive collaborates closely with various internal teams, including customer service, warehouse, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. About Us: Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Receive and review incoming customer orders from various online platforms. Verify order details for accuracy, including product, quantity, price, shipping address, and Input order information into the internal order management system accurately and Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, payments, and Monitor product availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure Update inventory records in the system to reflect product availability accurately. Collaborate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed. Collaborate with customer service, finance, and other teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the order management system. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred). Prior experience in e-commerce order processing, customer service, or a related field. Proficiency in using order management software and e-commerce platforms. Should know the Amazon, Myntra, & Flipkart Dashboards Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic understanding of inventory management processes. Familiarity with shipping and logistics procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of unicommerce,nimbus, pickrr, shiprocket, D2C Brands working on own website, online business is a plus point.
