We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
E-commerce Order Management cum Marketing Executive
to manage online orders and support digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on online platforms and coordinating with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end e-commerce order processing (order confirmation, invoicing, dispatch & returns).
Conduct field marketing activities such as product promotions, client visits, and local campaigns,
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams
Update and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms
Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, and payments
Support digital marketing activities (social media posts, promotions, offers)
Track daily sales, orders, and prepare basic reports
Assist in online campaigns and marketplace promotions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
Understanding of digital marketing & social media is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
