to lead our online sales and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing performance across digital channels, and managing marketplace partnerships
(Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability on all e-commerce platforms.
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations -- listings, pricing, promotions, and performance tracking.
Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and product availability.
Monitor marketplace KPIs -- conversion rates, ROAS, and customer retention.
Optimize product listings with SEO keywords, high-quality content, and enhanced brand presence.
Handle relationships and communication with marketplace account managers (
Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.).
Manage inventory planning, order fulfillment, and return rate reduction strategies.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer tie-ups) to drive traffic and conversions.
Generate reports on sales trends, margins, and campaign performance to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or marketplace management.
Strong understanding of D2C, marketplace operations, and performance marketing.
Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and e-commerce tools (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
