JD for the profile of E-commerce Operation Executive/ E-commerce Ops

Manage online sales through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart.

Create product listings on marketplaces and manage inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Making shipments & ensure timely and accurate order dispatch and delivery

Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operations.

Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Educational Qualifications Graduate in any field

Experience - 1 - 4 years in E- commerce operations.

Knowledge of online portal like Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce will be added advantage marketplaces.

Knowledge of platform-specific tools and dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub) or Learning attitude.

Excel is preferred - Pivot charts, V- Lookup

Will be working at our HO in Khar west - 2 min walk from the Station.

Location

- Khar West (Candidate residing in Western line will be preferred)

Salary Range

25K to 35K (Depends upon the candidate)
