Job Description

Role Summary / Key Responsibilities

:

Order Management

: Handle ecommerce orders from website, marketplace platforms, and WhatsApp -- including order printing, boxing/packing, and dispatch coordination.

Invoicing & Labeling

: Prepare invoices, print shipping labels, and maintain systematic documentation for each order.

Inventory & Purchase Entries

: Record purchase entries accurately into the system; assist in stock tracking and reconciliation.

Purchase Order Management

: Raise purchase orders based on stock requirements and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Franchise & Partner Coordination

: Communicate with franchise stores for stock availability, order updates, or logistics coordination.

Customer Support

: Address ecommerce customer queries quickly and professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Logistics Handling

: Coordinate courier pickups, track shipments, and manage any delivery issues or returns.

Experience

:

Minimum

1 year

in ecommerce, operations, or administrative support preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?11,812.83 - ?14,000.00 per month
