Role Overview
We're looking for an E-Commerce Operations Executive who understands how to run the full backend of marketplace operations and support brand growth. If you've handled listings, order flow, reports, returns, and payment reconciliation, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings from scratch: catalogue creation, titles, descriptions, images, and content updates. Monitor listing health, pricing accuracy, stock levels, and timely catalog refresh. Coordinate daily operations including order processing, dispatch, returns, and cancellations. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order flow. Track platform performance: sales, conversion rate, visibility, and SKU-level growth. Assist in planning pricing, discounts, and promotional activities. Maintain reports for sales, inventory, returns, claims, and penalties. Handle payment reconciliation, settlement reports, and platform deductions. Communicate with marketplace managers for issues, escalations, or growth opportunities. Support brand growth through optimized listings, accurate operations, and smooth backend management.
Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Strong knowledge of platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa (any mix is fine). Good understanding of listing to dispatch processes and return management. Basic to intermediate skills in Excel for reports and reconciliation. Knowledge of payment settlements and platform-wise deductions. Strong coordination, accuracy, and time-management skills.
