Onboarding & Brand Coordination: Share brand details, follow up for brand approvals, and manage agreements.
Catalogue Management: Handle product listings including images, content, descriptions, and specifications; perform QC checks and activate products.
Inventory & Pricing: Regularly update inventory and prices to keep platforms in sync; closely monitor daily stock, especially for FirstCry.
Content Verification: Review live listings for correct titles, images, features, and descriptions; update required changes manually.
Promotions & Visuals: Share banners, discounts, and monthly/BAU event offers across marketplaces.
Packaging & Order Management: Share marketplace-wise packaging requirements
(Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, FirstCry); track orders in Uni-commerce and raise tickets for invoice or order issues.
Reporting & Updates: Maintain a monthly discount sheet (updated every 21st); track inventory movement, sales, and hygiene checks.
Marketplace-Specific Tasks: Share product content in HTML format for Nykaa; monitor zero-inventory order issues and discrepancies for FirstCry.
EAN & Product Data Management: Create EANs for combo products and ensure accurate listing data, including HSN codes, care instructions, and images.
Queries Handling: Product details such as size, material, care instructions, and specifications, Return, exchange, and refund requests, Cancellation requests and order modifications, Escalation and resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and marketplace support
