About the Role:

We are urgently hiring an experienced and motivated

E-Commerce Operations Manager

to manage and optimise our online sales channels, including

Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify

, and

B2B platforms

. This role involves handling daily operations, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other platforms.

Order Fulfilment:

Process and coordinate online and B2B orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

Inventory Control:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyse KPIs such as sales, returns, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.

Compliance:

Ensure all listings and operations follow platform policies to avoid penalties or account issues.

Customer Support:

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operations, and market trends for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum

70% marks in Class 10 and 12

Any degree

is acceptable

Minimum 2 years of experience

managing e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or B2B orders) Proficiency in

Excel

and e-commerce management tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Must be able to

easily commute to our Kandivali West office

Salary:

Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (based on experience)
