Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Supply Chain & Fulfillment

Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and manufacturing operations Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock Streamline fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and reduce delivery times Manage and develop vendor relationships for raw materials, packaging, and logistics Manage logistics partnerships with Bluedart, Delhivery, and other courier services
Technology & Process Optimization

Optimize Shopify backend processes and integrations Implement AI tools and automation to reduce manual work Analyze and minimize RTO (Return to Origin) rates for COD orders Document and standardize operating procedures
Quality & Customer Experience

Monitor product quality and coordinate with manufacturing teams Identify customer pain points through support team feedback Lead CRM optimization to improve customer retention Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaint resolution
Analytics & Reporting

Track key performance metrics (fulfillment time, inventory turnover, costs) Prepare regular reports on operational efficiency and costs Identify trends and suggest data-driven improvements
Channel Expansion & Growth

Spearhead new marketplace initiatives including Blinkit, Amazon.com listings Research and evaluate new sales channels and distribution opportunities Coordinate cross-platform inventory management and pricing strategies
Team & Vendor Management

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support, finance) Evaluate and onboard new vendors to optimize costs Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards

What We're Looking For



3-5 years experience in operations, preferably D2C/e-commerce Strong understanding of Shopify platform and e-commerce operations Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Experience with inventory management and vendor negotiations Knowledge of automation tools and basic data analysis Experience managing logistics partners and courier services Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Hands-on approach with ability to work in fast-paced environment

Bonus Points



Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace platforms Strong relationships with Indian logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) Familiarity with COD payment models and RTO challenges Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control Experience with CRM tools and customer service platforms Previous experience in channel expansion and marketplace management
