Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented

E-commerce Operations Executive

to manage day-to-day operations across our

D2C website and marketplace channels

. This role is based in

Bangalore

and involves close coordination with warehouse, logistics partners, customer support, and marketplaces to ensure smooth order processing, accurate listings, timely dispatch, and quick issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Marketplace Operations

Manage daily orders from

Shopify, Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other platforms

Monitor order status, cancellations, RTOs, returns, and refunds Raise and track

support tickets

with marketplaces for order, payment, and logistics issues Handle

SPF / damage / missing / RTO claims

and follow up till closure
Logistics & Fulfilment

Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for timely pickup and delivery Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure SLA adherence Monitor COD performance and reduce RTO Reconcile order status between internal systems and marketplace panels
Listings & Catalog Management

Create and update

product listings

across marketplaces and Shopify Upload and maintain: product titles descriptions images size charts pricing and offers Ensure listing accuracy, content quality, and compliance with marketplace guidelines Update stock, sizes, and availability in real time Coordinate with design and content teams for catalog updates
Inventory & Sync

Ensure accurate stock sync across all channels Flag low stock, fast movers, and OOS issues to planning and warehouse teams
Customer & Issue Resolution

Coordinate with customer support for escalations Handle returns, replacements, and refund-related issues Ensure smooth closure of cases within defined timelines
MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily and weekly MIS on: orders dispatch returns RTO claims SLA performance listing health Highlight operational gaps and improvement opportunities
Skills & Requirements

1-3 years experience in

e-commerce operations / marketplace management

Hands-on with: marketplace seller panels listing creation and updates raising and tracking support tickets SPF / RTO / return claim processes Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets Strong coordination and follow-up skills Ability to work under pressure during sale days Experience with

fashion / apparel brands

is a strong plus
Ideal Candidate
